Hosted by the Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology (APAO), and co-hosted by the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center and State Key Laboratory of Ophthalmology of the Sun Yat-Sen University, the APAO Grand Grounds Around the World target to provide an online platform for practicing ophthalmologists in the Asia-Pacific region to share clinical knowledge and expertise, as well as the latest research findings and implications.
The APAO Grand Rounds will be held on every 1st Thursday of the month via teleconferencing. The presenters from each participating institute will take turns to deliver a lecture/case presentation; each presentation should last for 20 to 30 minutes.
To participate in the program, each institute must be equipped with Polycom MCU & Network System. System testing will also be carried out prior to each Grand Round session.
