PROGRAM OUTLINE
1. Induction and Orientation
The 2016-17 Class participated in the Induction and Orientation session on March 24th, 2016, at the 31th APAO Congress in Chinese Taipei. The 1-day session included an Insights Colors program, facilitated by Mr Simon Abbott and sponsored by Allergan
2. Master Class
The Leadership Masterclass (previously called Mid-term Forum) was hosted by the Mongolian Ophthalmologists’ Society in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia from September 2 to 4, 2016. Ms Marsheila DeVan ran an interactive workshop on presentation and communication skills in the session.
3. Self-initiated Project
Participant were required to plan and execute a self-initiated project in consultation with their Mentors.
4. Graduation
The following participants presented their projects and graduated from the program on March 4, 2017, at the 32nd APAO Congress in Singapore
